Job Responsibilities

• Providing comprehensive product information throughout the guest buying experience
• Providing an extensive a customer oriented product experience by explaining product features based on customer’ actual needs
• Providing a world class level or service to every guest at our locations
• Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
• Understand the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
• Checks email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need to be highly detail- oriented with solid organizational and time- management skills, possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills, true passion and understanding of the industry, along with strong customer service and active – listening abilities.

• Previous Hospitality, Retail and/or Sales experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine desire to provide great customer service
• Valid driver’s license and fairly clean driving record (no major violations)
• Must be able to work nights and weekends
• Previous experience with an auto dealership is preferred
