Digital Account Manager


The Digital Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client relations and ensuring marketing objectives are met. The Digital Account Manager can understand client objectives and help put together a digital marketing plan that will help meet the goals of the client by using the team, resources and products available.

Job Responsibilities

  • Regular communication with clients to understand needs and/or objectives
  • Ability to coordinate client goals with the advertising support teams to launch new campaigns
  • Review analytics from multiple advertising platforms to report performance & look for issues
  • Prepare monthly reports to review with clients to showcase performance & opportunities
  • Grow product set with each client through continued ROI from their campaigns

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for internet marketing, advertising and/or automotive
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Expert knowledge of search engine marketing and search engine optimization
  • Prior experience with display advertising
  • Experience with Google My Business, Google Analytics, Google AdWords & Google Tag Manager

Desired Skills (A Big Plus)

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry
  • Certifications in Paid Search, Display, Pre-roll and/or Analytics from the following publishers:
    • Google AdWords
    • Microsoft Bing Ads
    • Yahoo Gemini
  • Experience with video pre-roll campaigns
