HR Services Analyst
Be a positive team member and provide great employee experiences through day to day HR and payroll support for employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement, develop and improve department guidelines and best practices
- Manage, calculate and produce multiple payrolls on a monthly and semi-monthly basis
- Work with managers to ensure time records and payroll calculations are correct
- Collect and retain important employee records including pay plans
- Maintain an efficient HR transaction workflow
- Welcomes employees to the organization through new hire process
Job Qualifications
- A passion for people and customer experience
- 3+ years of payroll experience
- Experience in an automotive and/or retail industry preferred
- Strong math and computer skills
- Attention to detail and thoroughness
- CDK system experience a plus
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization
- Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and empathy
- Solution oriented with a sense of urgency
