HR Services Analyst

Be a positive team member and provide great employee experiences through day to day HR and payroll support for employees.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement, develop and improve department guidelines and best practices
  • Manage, calculate and produce multiple payrolls on a monthly and semi-monthly basis
  • Work with managers to ensure time records and payroll calculations are correct
  • Collect and retain important employee records including pay plans
  • Maintain an efficient HR transaction workflow
  • Welcomes employees to the organization through new hire process

 

Job Qualifications

  • A passion for people and customer experience
  • 3+ years of payroll experience
  • Experience in an automotive and/or retail industry preferred
  • Strong math and computer skills
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness
  • CDK system experience a plus
  • Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and empathy
  • Solution oriented with a sense of urgency
